Lou Serrone was recently named vice president and director of brokerage with Kansas City-based Block Real Estate Services.
Serrone has worked with Block Real Estate Services for many years in different capacities. In his new role he will provide leadership and oversight to the company’s sales staff. He will also perform sales and leasing activities.
Serrone began his real estate career in 1984. For 25 Years, he has specialized in the leasing, sales and development of industrial and office properties. In addition, he has managed selected commercial holdings.
