Kansas City’s Block Real Estate Services recently sold The Wynn at Edmond Crossing, a 100-unit multi-family complex in Edmond, Okla.
The Wynn at Edmond Crossing was formerly known as the Boulder Creek Apartments. The apartments were built in 1972 and are 95-percent leased and 90-percent occupied. The complex is made up of 14 two-story residential buildings, one clubhouse and one maintenance building.
Block Real Estate Services’ Aaron Mesmer, Brian Beggs, Grant Reeves, Kenneth G. Block and Eric Walesh closed the sale.
