Kansas City’s Curry Real Estate Services makes two key promotions

Curry Real Estate Services, a full-service commercial and multifamily real estate brokerage and property management company serving the greater Kansas City, Missouri, area, recently promoted Brynn McCan to senior vice president and Patrick Flynn to vice president, regional property manager.

McCan joined Curry in 2013 as head of human relations. As senior vice president she continues with this responsibility as well as management of IT and several business operations initiatives.

Passionate about her work, McCan carries a similar dedication to her involvement in Synergy Services. She is chair-elect of the organization and has chaired both its Kindest Kansas Citian Awards and Stand Up for Synergy fundraisers. She started working with the nonprofit, which assists individuals and families with respite from violence and skills for future safety, after college and joined its board in 2019. Her long devotion to Synergy has drawn the enthusiastic involvement of other Curry team members in the organization.

Flynn joined Curry in 2017 and as vice president is responsible for the day-to-day management of properties throughout the greater Kansas City metropolitan area and the oversight of employees dedicated to each of the multi-family developments.

Flynn, a licensed REALTORĀ® in Missouri and Kansas, received his certified property management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2020. He serves as program chair on the IREM Kansas City executive board.
