Curry Real Estate Services, a full-service commercial and multifamily real estate brokerage and property management company serving the Kansas City, Missouri, area, recently promoted Heather Jordan and Dan Sweeney to vice president.
Jordan, who joined Curry in 2016, is responsible for the management of several multifamily properties throughout the metropolitan area, developing budgets; hiring, training and managing staff; overseeing maintenance and capital projects; and more. She earned the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Accredited Residential Manager certification in 2020.
Sweeney came to Curry in 2020 and demonstrated his leadership in the company’s commercial division where he is responsible for management of commercial properties throughout the metropolitan area providing brokerage services, property use analysis and consulting. A licensed REALTOR® in Missouri and Kansas, Sweeney is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Metropolitan Kansas City.
