Kansas City’s Kadean Construction adds senior project manager

Kansas City, Missouri-based Kadean Construction has added Jeff Yartz as senior project manager.

With more than 20 years of experience in construction and project management, Yartz has demonstrated expertise in healthcare and education building construction.

With a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas, Yartz has experience managing self-perform concrete, masonry, pre-cast concrete and carpentry. He has been heavily involved in design build conceptual estimating and preconstruction efforts, as well as all aspects of project management, both in the office and field.

Prior to joining Kadean, Yartz managed a multitude of projects for Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City, Missouri, including the Phase 4 Surgery Expansion, NW ICU Tower, Energy Center and Parking Garage and Mid-America Heart Institute, 8-story patient tower.

Additionally, a new greenfield development for Ascension Via Christi West Hospital in Wichita, Kansas, Children’s Mercy Hospital’s East Patient Tower & Link in Kansas City, Missouri, Surgery and OB expansion for Neosho Memorial Reginal Medical Center in Chanute, Kansas, new critical access hospital Hillsboro Community Hospital in Hillsboro, Kansas, and a new replacement critical access hospital for CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson Medical Center in Dickinson, North Dakota.
