Kansas City’s LANE4 Property Group recently hired a new investment director, Michael Berenbom. This is a new position at the firm.
“In our first seven years, we have established a strong brand and solid track record. Looking forward, we would like to leverage that experience to grow our investment platform, and I think Michael will help us do that,” said president Owen Buckley.
Berenbom comes to LANE4 from Lincoln Property Company in Chicago where he most recently served in the company’s advisory group as vice president of asset management. In that role, he was responsible for the management of a national portfolio of Class-A commercial properties valued at more than $800 million. During his seven years at Lincoln, he was involved in the acquisition, financing and disposition of commercial real estate properties across all sectors of the industry nationwide.
