Kansas City-based LANE4 Property Group recently promoted Gwen Locher, formerly the company’s vice president, to the position of managing principal.
Locher joins LANE4 founders Owen Buckley and Jeff Berg as principals.
Locher joined LANE4 in 2008 to launch and direct the property management department. She quickly developed the division into a productive, profitable and important part of the firm.
