Jon Rappa has joined Kansas City, Missouri-based MMG Real Estate Advisors as director of research.
Rappa has more than a decade of multifamily experience and analysis.
In his new role, Rappa will oversee the company’s research division. He previously worked at Northmarq, where he served as director of operations. He also worked as director of research for Berkadia, where he served at the helm of the research team for eight years.
