Brad Ashley has joined the Kansas City, Missouri, office of Newmark Grubb Zimmer as managing director. Ashley will lead the firm’s management practice division.
Ashley has more than 15 years of experience in property management, business development, leadership, critical facility operation and budgeting for investors and occupiers of commercial real estate.
Ashley is an authority in the property management industry with strengths in developing talent and maximizing the collaboration of the teams he leads. His ability to present and execute innovative ideas increases tenant satisfaction while simultaneously maximizing the assets value.
Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Zimmer, Ashley spent 12 years at CBRE, most recently as an Associate Director, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of institutionally-owned properties. He assisted with new business development, compliance, department leadership, distressed asset management and overall operational excellence.
