Kansas City, Missouri-based Newmark Grubb Zimmer kicked off 2018 with the promotion of six members of the firm’s brokerage team.
Justin Beal has been promoted to Director – Retail Brokerage. Beal joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2014 after a career as a business owner.
John Hassler has been promoted to Managing Director. Hassler joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2010. John Hoefer has been promoted to Director. He joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2015. Chris Robertson has also been promoted to Director. Robertson joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2014.
Susan Smith has been promoted to Senior Managing Director, Principal – Office Brokerage. Smith joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 1991 and holds 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Smith will lead the office brokerage team while specializing in landlord representation, asset management and receivership.
Nick Suarez has been promoted to Senior Managing Director, Principal. Suarez joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2008. Mr. Suarez’s primary responsibilities will include office tenant and landlord representation.
