Sallee, a Kansas City, Missouri-based real estate development company specializing in build-for-rent residential communities, promoted Spencer Yohn to Chief Operating Officer.
Yohn previously served as Vice President of Operations and brings more than 15 years of residential construction experience to his new role. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in the construction of more than 3,000 homes across the Kansas City metro area, consistently elevating processes while optimizing operational efficiency and cost performance.
Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, Yohn is a graduate of Pittsburg State University, where he earned a degree in Construction Management.
Since joining Sallee Development, Yohn has overseen all phases of operations from site selection and due diligence to financial evaluation, product selection, and vertical construction. He oversees and partners with our third-party property management team to ensure operational excellence and portfolio performance.
As COO, Yohn will continue overseeing development, construction, and property management operations across Sallee Development’s growing portfolio throughout the Midwest. His promotion reflects the company’s continued expansion and commitment to operational excellence as it delivers high-quality residential communities across its markets.
