Kansas City’s Zimmer Real Estate Services recently helped an animal hospital purchase more than six acres at Heartland Meadows Industrial Park in Liberty, Mo.
Animal Health International purchased the land for a future expansion.
Michael VanBuskirk, senior vice president and principal, and David Zimmer, president and principal with Zimmer Real Estate Services, represented the park’s ownership, Hallmark Cards Incorporated, in the sale.
