LS Commercial Real Estate in Overland Park, Kansas, is the latest addition to the TCN Worldwide commercial real estate network. The firm, founded in 1990, joined the TCN Worldwide network earlier this year.
The company will now be known as LS Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide.
LS Commercial has a managed portfolio of more than 9.5 million square feet, and ranks in the top five of commercial real estate firms in the Kansas City market.
“Joining TCN Worldwide allows our firm to become a part of a premier international real estate organization,” said Paul Kicausi, president of LS Commercial, in a written statement. “This will greatly enhance our ability to provide real estate services to our clients outside of the Midwest.”
