KBS, a real estate investment company based in Newport Beach, California, announced a key promotion within its Capital Markets Group. Jeffrey Kremin has been appointed as national sales manager based in Illinois.
In his new role, Kremin will be accountable for overseeing the Capital Markets Group regional vice presidents and directing the development of channel sales for registered investment advisors. He previously served as eastern divisional sales manager, as well as senior regional vice president where he ran the distribution of real estate investment products to financial advisors in his territory. Kremin is based in Illinois.
