KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II recently completed the sale of National City Tower, a 40-story, 723,300-square-foot Class-A office building in downtown Louisville.
The tower is located at 101 S. Fifth St.
National City Tower provides amenities such as an 11,200-square-foot deli and restaurant, tenant Wi-Fi lounge, sundry shop, Starbucks, full-service bank and an executive parking garage.
The property has floor plates of about 17,000 square feet each, providing one of the highest ratios of floor-area to glass-line in the Louisville market.
KBS REIT II acquired the building in December of 2010 for $113.6 million. Since then, the REIT has invested in capital improvements including upgrades to major base building components and systems, renovations to common areas and amenity space, and development of new tenant amenities such as the recently completed conference facility on the 19th floor.
