Newport Beach, Calif.-based KBS Realty Advisors has hired Jones Lang LaSalle as the exclusive leasing agent and property manager for 150|200 N. Martingale, a two-building, 532,000-square-foot office complex in northwest suburban Schaumburg.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Doug Shehan, Norm Murdoch and Rick Benoy will lead the leasing efforts for the property.
Located immediately west of I-290/Illinois 53 and approximately one mile south of I-90 (the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway), 150|200 N. Martingale, also known as Woodfield Corporate Center, offers high visibility and is accessible from virtually every part of the Chicago metro area as well as O’Hare Airport.
KBS is planning a variety of capital improvements to the property that will enhance office use and increase overall tenant experience. Strategic improvements to onsite services are also in the pipeline.
The renovation program will commence in 2013.
The Jones Lang LaSalle property management team will be overseen by Steve Zsigray, Midwest regional managing director of property management, under the direction of Dan Ryan, head of the firm’s U.S. Midwest Region.
