KBS Realty Advisors announced the signing of three leases totaling 25,121 square feet at Northland Center, a Class A office property in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Accu-Med Services LLC expanded and renewed its 8,741-square-foot lease, Granite City Food & Brewery signed a new 10,853-square-foot lease, and WHP Workflow Solutions signed 5,527 square feet of leased space at the complex.
Northland Center is comprised of two office buildings totaling 465,168 rentable square feet connected by a lower level concourse. The property offers many onsite amenities including Isabella’s Café serving breakfast, lunch and catered meals, training and conference rooms, a hair salon, a bocce ball court, covered parking and 140 climate-controlled parking stalls and a car wash. Tenants can also access an onsite and recently renovated 5,000-square-foot fitness center, which offers cardio machines, weights, a group exercise studio and locker rooms with showers.
There is a convenience store at the property that provides dry cleaning and shoe repair services, and a farmer’s market is hosted periodically outside between the two buildings. Ownership is also currently undergoing improvements to bring additional outdoor meeting spaces to Northland Center.
The office property is located within 15 minutes of Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport and accessible by Interstate 494, Route 35 West, Highway 100 and Crosstown 62. Tenants can also enjoy many nearby restaurants, retail shops and hotels.
