KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, Calif., finalized a new lease agreement with Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell for 9,286 square feet at 200 N. Martingale Road, one of two Class A office buildings it owns in the Woodfield Corporate Center business park in Schaumburg.
Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, a Chicago-based law firm with more than 40 attorneys serving 1,500 clients, will relocate its Schaumburg office from 1475 E. Woodfield Road to the eighth floor of 200 N. Martingale Road at Woodfield Corporate Center. John Ziesmer of Avison Young in Chicago represented the tenant in the transaction while Mark Smith and Rob Graham of CBRE in Schaumburg handled negotiations of behalf of KBS.
Woodfield Corporate Center is a six-building, 1.6 million-square-foot office complex situated near the I-355 and I-290 interchange in Schaumburg. KBS acquired two buildings totaling 521,362 square feet in September 2005. The 13-story 150 N. Martingale Road tower offers 278,870 square feet of space, while the 200 N. Martingale Road building features 242,492 square feet on 11 floors. Onsite amenities include a deli, three conference centers and onsite management.
