KDC has begun construction on Sammons Financial Group’s new corporate headquarters in West Des Moines, Iowa. Designed to accommodate the company’s growth during the next 20 years, the six-story, 215,00- square-foot building will provide space for about 200 new jobs in addition to the existing workforce of more than 500 employees in the West Des Moines area.

The new headquarters will provide this and much more.”
Construction on Sammons Financial Group’s new headquarters will begin immediately, with the project scheduled to be completed in Fall 2020.
The new development will be located at 81st Street and Mills Civic Parkway. Additional features for employees and visitors include a two-story amenity area with outdoor walking trails surrounding the property. A below-grade parking garage and surface parking are included for safety and convenience.
The Weitz Company is the general contractor. SVPA Architects and HKS are the project architects.
