Keeley Construction recently completed a 1.026-million-square-foot speculative warehouse located in the Laraway Distribution Center in Joliet, Illinois for DHL Supply Chain and Core 5, according to a statement from Keeley.
The warehouse consists of a Ductilcrete concrete slab, 36′ clear height, ESFR fire sprinkler system, two independent entrances and exits for truck traffic, 216 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, 229 parking stalls and 270 trailer parking stalls.
A 45-acre site adjacent to the building is prepared for future development as well. The building was designed by Harris Architects and civil engineering work was completed by Jacob & Hefner Associates.
