The Keller Williams Commercial team at Keller Williams ONEChicago has hired Anthony “Tony” Hardy as its new multifamily division executive director. Hardy is a market trailblazer with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate.
“We can’t express how thrilled we are to have Tony in charge of our multifamily division,” Kris Keller, regional director of KW Commercial at KW ONEChicago said. “We’re currently a team of 29 talented commercial brokers. Tony is a natural leader, and he’ll be instrumental in our mentorship and growth going forward.”
Hardy joins ONEChicago after a decade of leading a top-producing team at Marcus & Millichap, where he focused on multifamily sales. Under his leadership, his team traded over one hundred transactions that generated over a half-billion dollars in sales volume.

Hardy is a recipient of the 2020 Chicago Association of REALTORS Commercial Achievement Award, 2019 Platinum Sales Award for Multifamily Sales Volume, and 2019 Platinum Sales Award for Multifamily Units Sold. He currently serves as the chairman of the association’s CommercialForum committee and is president of the South Side Community Investors Association. Hardy earned his juris doctor from Whittier Law School and bachelor of science in agribusiness economics from Southern Illinois University.
