The board of directors of the Kenosha Area Business Alliance in Kenosha, Wisconsin, have named Nicole Ryf as the alliance’s next president.
Ryf is an economic development professional with more than 15 years of experience in private, public and non-profit organizations. During her career, she has worked in multiple states at the local, county, regional and state levels. This includes work with the Texas Governor’s Office of Economic Development & Tourism.
Ryf has also assisted chief executive officers of Fortune 500 companies with headquarter relocations, traveled the world to meet business leaders and led efforts to buld the emerging offshore wind industry in Virginia.
Ryf holds a master’s degree in urban planning from UW-Whitewater. Most recently, she served as the executive director at the Waukesha County Center for Growth. She replaces Todd Battle, who led the Kenosha Area Business Alliance since 2004.
