Kessinger/Hunter & Company closes 23,000-square-foot building sale in Missouri

Thanks to the help of Kansas City-based Kessinger/Hunter & Company, Lavender, LLC recently purchased a 23,000-square-foot building in Grandview, Mo.

Rob Holland of Kessinger/Hunter and Andrew Fisher of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the sale.
