1A Auto, represented by Mark Sonnenberg of LaSala-Sonnenberg, has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Sun Life represented by Dan Jensen and Joe Accurso, principals of Kansas City-based Kessinger/Hunter & Company, in Building B of the new I-35 Logistics Park in the Kansas City market.
1A Auto will lease about 190,000 square feet in the more-than-821,663-square-foot facility.
“It’s nice to have our first deal completed leasing approximately 23 percent of the new facility” said Jensen, developer for the project. “We broke ground on I-35 Logistics Park about one year ago. It’s great to be able to see not only the successful completion of our first building, but also being able to announce the leasing of a portion of it to 1A Auto.”
I-35 Logistics Park, Building B, still has more than 632,491 square feet available for lease, which offers the largest block of Class-A, bulk-distribution space available in the Kansas City marketplace. Building B was designed by the team of Bozich Architects, TranSystems, and BSE Structure Engineers and built by Merit General Contractors
