Kansas City, Mo.-based Kessinger/Hunter & Company recently helped BWI Companies renew its lease in Lenexa, Kan.
BWI occupies 10,570 square feet of space in the city.
Matthew Severns of Kessinger/Hunter & Company negotiated the renewal.
The company also helped Mango Moving lease 9,000 square feet in Overland Park, Kansas. Miles McCune and Travis Helgeson of Kessinger/Hunter & Company, along with Tom Houts of Cassidy Turley, negotiated the lease.
