Kessinger Hunter is the new leasing agent of 2600 Grand Boulevard at the southern entrance of the Crown Center complex in Kansas City, Missouri.
The building features best-in-class amenities including views of Union Station and downtown Kansas City, a three-story lobby, parking options and onsite security. The building has nearly 60,000 square feet of Class-A office space available.
Designed by the architecture firm Pei, Cobb Fried and Partners, the building is also prized for its architectural design. It currently houses tenants such as Northwestern Mutual, Berkowitz Oliver and Horn Aylward. It has also served as the home of Kessinger Hunter since 1991.
The building is owned by Crown Center Redevelopment Corporation, a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, Inc.
