Kansas City, Missouri-based Kessinger Hunter Capital Markets Group recently acquired a Class-A distribution facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for $9 million.
The 145,000-square-foot property at 11300 N. Partnership Drive is 100-percent leased to three tenants. The tenant mix is a diverse one, with a global information management company, global logistics solutions provider and a regional wine and spirits wholesaler.
Each of the companies occupying the building continues to provide essential services, which make them strong tenants as the country continues to face the threat of COVID-19.
Tulsa, Oklahoma-based BOK Financial provided financing of $3.5 million for the project.
