Kessinger Hunter has begun marketing space for up to eight tenants in the newly announced Heartland Meadows Commerce Center within the Heartland Meadows Industrial Park in Liberty, Missouri, near Kansas City.
The new building is in a prime location for tenants seeking easy access to major highways and interstates and is only minutes away from Kansas City International Airport.
The Opus Group, the project’s developer, design-builder, architect and engineer of record, began construction of the building in November. It will be the first speculative building built in the park within the last decade. Building construction is scheduled to be completed in August of 2021.
The speculative development will provide four double entrances, 220 parking stalls, 32-foot clear height, up to 43 dock positions, two drive-in doors and trailer parking. Located at 2810 W. Heartland Drive, the location offers access to Interstate-35 and U.S. Highway 69.
