CBRE announced that Kevin McLennan has joined the firm’s office tenant representation practice as a senior vice president.
McLennan brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm, most recently at the Chicago office of Savills Studley. An industry leader in Chicago’s office market, McLennan has completed transactions totaling more than 6 million square feet and valued at more than $2 billion.
McLennan is a frequent industry award recipient, having led and participated in several of Chicago’s major office transactions in his tenure. Significant clients include: Ares Capital Management, CNA Insurance, Blackstone, NEC, CA Technologies, Armour Eckrich and Silgan.
McLennan is also past president of “Friends of Sinai Children,” a fundraising board for Mt. Sinai Children’s Hospital in Chicago. He holds a bachelor of science with a focus in finance and real estate from Indiana University –Kelley School of Business.
