Hilco Redevelopment Partners, the development division of Northbrook-based Hilco Global, has tapped Kevin Purcell as director of asset management.
Prior to joining Hilco, Purcell served as president of leasing and management services at MBRE, working his way up through the firm over a 25-year career.
In his new role, Purcell will manage a national portfolio of redeveloped former industrial properties. This includes the 70-acre site of the infamous former Crawford power plant in Chicago’s Little Village, on which Hilco plans to erect a 1-million-square-foot logistics facility marketed as “Exchange 55.”
