An 18-year veteran of the local commercial real estate industry, Kevin Rogers, will join the Suburban Chicago Tenant Representation team at JLL as an executive vice president, early next month, as part of the firm’s ongoing plan to build upon its market-leading presence in the suburbs.
At JLL, he will partner with Managing Director Andrea Van Gelder and Senior Associate Kellen Monti with a geographic focus on the East-West Corridor in DuPage County.
Mr. Rogers, 43, comes to JLL after 15 years in the Oak Brook office of CBRE, where he specialized in representing office tenants throughout the suburbs and developed a reputation for his superior market knowledge and a consultative approach to client service that aligns a company’s real estate strategy with its overall business goals.
