Jenny Lisak and Aimee Bauman of Key Commercial Real Estate won Overall Deal of the Year Award for the Gebhardt Building at 801 E. Washington Ave. in downtown Madison, Wisconsin.
Key Commercial represented the landlord, Gebhardt Development.
Key Commercial was instrumental in securing a majority of the leases in the 170,000-square-foot Gebhardt Building to obtain 100 percent occupancy for the building, beating all lease-up projections with leases signed by the Sylvee/Frank Productions, Tangent/Vintage Brewing, Strang, Miron, Spaces and Google.
This is the third major project in the now booming Cap East District on East Washington Avenue by Gebhardt Development in the last seven years.
