KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured a $9.9 million non-recourse, CMBS first mortgage for Renner Commerce Center in Lenexa, Kansas.
The 157,240-square-foot class-A industrial warehouse/flex facility is sponsored by HSA Commercial Real Estate.
Jake Proctor of Key’s Commercial Mortgage Group secured the refinancing.
