KeyBank Community Development names chief operating officer in St. Louis office

Christopher Duncan

KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment has appointed Christopher Duncan as chief operating officer, a newly created role where he will lead KeyBank’s operational growth and improvement initiatives across the CDLI debt and equity platform. He will report to Rob Likes, president of KeyBank Community Development Lending & Investment, and is based in St. Louis.

Duncan will be responsible for expanding CDLI’s technology and systems capabilities, as well as driving collaboration and efficiencies across the organization. 

Duncan brings nearly 20 years of community development industry experience to KeyBank. Previously, he was the Director of Community Development Business Strategy and Operations at U.S. Bank, where he led portfolio management, underwriting, and strategy teams focused on community development debt and equity. Duncan’s professional background also includes corporate finance, where he led strategic operational, technology, and business integration initiatives for a national firm.

Duncan earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering and his MBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
