KeyBank Real Estate Capital has provided $9.3 million in Freddie Mac financing for Eden at Caleb’s Crossing, a 360-unit, garden-style apartment complex in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
The property was built in two phases from 1971 to 1982.
Tim Migchelbrink of Key’s commercial mortgage group arranged the adjustable-rate financing, which was used to refinance an existing KeyBank loan.
