KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured a $20.7 million Fannie Mae, first mortgage loan for Parc Apartments, located in Gahanna, Ohio.
The 180-unit property is comprised of six, three-story buildings situated on 7.8 acres of land.
Tim Weldon of Key’s Commercial Mortgage Group arranged the financing with a 12-year term, six-year interest only period and 30-year amortization schedule. The loan was used to refinance existing debt.
