KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured a $47.6 million first mortgage loan for Tapestry Naperville, a 298-unit apartment community in Naperville, Illinois.
Todd Linehan of Key’s Commercial Mortgage Group arranged the 10-year, fixed rate, interest-only loan through a correspondent life company relationship. The financing was used to acquire the property.
