KIG has hired Daniel Gonzalez as the team’s newest member specializing in financial analytics. The firm also announced the promotion of Jason Stevens from communications to associate broker.
Gonzalez will support the sales team and be responsible for valuation and underwriting analysis for institutional asset sales.
Prior to joining KIG, Gonzalez served as a financial analyst for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. He graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science in economics and concentrations in both finance and management.
Stevens entered KIG as the role of communications, and upon earning his Illinois Brokerage License, he transitioned into the role of associate broker. Stevens brings expertise in property management and real estate relationship building to KIG. Prior to KIG, Stevens performed asset management for McCaffery Interests, The Habitat Company and Dietz Property Group. Stevens earned a bachelor of arts in communications with concentrations in public relations and image management from Oakland University.
