KIG CRE closed the $2 million sale of a 5-acre plot of land that is part of the Hamburg Place Community in Lexington, Kentucky.
An affiliate of Steadfast Companies purchased the land, located along Polo Club Drive, to develop independent-living, assisted-living and memory care facilities. The seller, POLO 1, LLC, was represented by KIG CRE’s principal and managing broker Susan Tjarksen, managing partner Todd Stofflet and partner Jason Stevens.
The planned development will include a total of 124 units, including independent-living, assisted-living and state-of-the-art memory care. It is part of the Hamburg Place Community. The 160-acre community includes businesses, shops and restaurants that run along Interstate-75. The land was previously a horse farm, also named Hamburg Place.
