Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP welcomes lateral partner Kimberly K. Enders to the firm’s Chicago office to focus on real estate, real estate finance, commercial lending and transactional services.
Enders represents financial institutions in commercial real estate lending transactions, asset-based lending, commercial loan workouts and foreclosures and asset disposition, including leasing and sale of real estate and personal property. She has also represented clients in commercial, industrial and multifamily real estate acquisitions, leasing and mortgage financing.
As an accountant, Enders also brings a business focus to her legal practice. Enders received her J.D. from the University of Illinois, College of Law in 1985 and her B.S. in accountancy from University of Illinois in 1982. She also passed the CPA exam in 1982.
