Joe Muller was promoted to vice president in the Troy, Michigan, office of design consulting firm Kimley-Horn.
Muller joined Kimley-Horn in 2011, and has 43 years of industry experience.
His current responsibilities include the ongoing development of our national pavement management program while acting as QC/QA manager for many of the program’s existing clients.
