Bill Butz has joined the Indianapolis office of Kimley-Horn as a practice builder.
Butz brings 13 years of experience in permitting, entitlement and zoning amendment procedures to his new position.
Kimley-Horn recently opened its Indianapolis office. Butz will lead the office.
