Kiser Group has announced the hiring of five new agents.
Thomas Guel joins as director specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family and mixed-use properties. He has owned, managed, and developed properties ranging from small residential new construction and rehab projects to large commercial office buildings and self-storage facilities.
Matt Halper joins as broker associate. He brings diverse background in engineering, construction, commercial property insurance, real estate investing and brokerage. Halper specializes in the analysis and disposition of multi-family properties in Chicago’s west suburbs. Prior to joining Kiser Group, he was a broker for a well-regarded brokerage firm and served as a managing partner and real estate investor which helped broaden his experience and passion for real estate.
Danny Mantis joins as broker associate. He has a strong analytical background which allows him to help clients meet their real estate investment objectives. Mantis’ primary focus is analyzing multi-family assets throughout the Chicagoland area. Prior to joining Kiser Group, he worked as a commercial credit analyst for a local bank where his primary job function was to underwrite and qualify commercial real estate loan requests.
Aaron Sklar joins as broker associate. Focusing on multi-family assets, he uses an analytical approach to maximize reward, and yield the highest return on investment for both parties. Sklar graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in economics.
Benjamin Smith joins as broker associate specializing in mixed-use and multi-family assets. He came to Kiser Group from the consulting industry where he specialized in advising corporate clients on risk, insurance, and employee compensation. Through his past experience, Smith commands a broad skill set with expertise in financial valuation, change management, and strategic advisory as well as project management and execution.
