Managing directors John Meyer and Michael Anguiano had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Meyer and Anguiano.
318 W. Naperville Road is a 16-unit apartment building located on Naperville Road between Cass and Fairview in Westmont. All 16 units are two-bedroom apartments that rent for an average of $850. The property has been substantially renovated in the last two years including new windows and a new boiler.
