Kiser Group has arranged the sale of 2209 S. 61st Court in Cicero, a 27-unit mixed-use property. The building traded for $1.3 million. This is the largest multifamily sale in Cicero since 2007.
John Meyer, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer, a private partnership, was also secured by Meyer.
2209 S. 61st Court is a vintage mixed-use apartment/retail property located on the corner of Cermak Road and 61st Court in Cicero. The building totals 18 studio apartments, six one-bedroom apartments and 2,500 square feet of commercial space on the ground level.
