Kiser Group, a Chicago-headquartered commercial real estate brokerage specializing in multifamily investment sales, announced its expansion into Ohio with the addition of Stasiu “Stash” Geleszinski, CCIM, as Senior Director. Geleszinski will lead the firm’s growth in Cincinnati, with an initial focus on multifamily investment sales throughout Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus.
Geleszinski brings nearly two decades of multifamily brokerage experience, with career transaction volume exceeding $2 billion. He entered the Cincinnati market without an established network and built a brokerage practice that grew to a seven-person team. He began his local brokerage career at SVN, then known as Sperry Van Ness, and subsequently served as Managing Director at Capstone and, most recently, Cushman & Wakefield.
His approach centers on persistent business development, cultivating owner relationships, and identifying opportunities through direct outreach.
At Kiser Group, Geleszinski will initially focus on private capital multifamily transactions involving properties with 50 or more units, with particular emphasis on communities of 100 units or more. His practice will also serve professional investment groups and institutional owners. His longer-term goal is to build a regional team covering Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, including Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne, with selective opportunities in West Virginia.
Over the past several years, Geleszinski has expanded his experience into development, ownership, operations, and property management. His portfolio includes two Greater Cincinnati properties, alongside limited partnership interests in other real estate investments. In Cincinnati’s Camp Washington neighborhood, he transformed a vacant shell at 2900 Colerain Avenue into six new apartments. In June 2026, he also took on the repositioning of Harrison Terminal Lofts, a mixed-use property totaling more than 65,000 square feet. The property includes 18 residential lofts averaging approximately 2,000 square feet, along with commercial tenants Kantine Biergarten & Wine Bar and Five Thirteen Strength.
