Kiser Group has been retained to market and sell New Englewood Terrace, a 303-unit apartment high rise on the Chicago’s south side.
Located at 6425 S. Lowe Ave., New Englewood Terrace is priced at $8.5 million and is currently 80 percent leased. The building offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
The property went through significant renovations within the last five years including updated apartment interiors, a renovated on-site leasing office and many mechanical system upgrades including a newer radiant heating system. The property also provides a 24-hour doorman, an on-site laundry room, a convenience store and ample parking for residents in two separate lots.
New Englewood Terrace is located across the street from Kennedy King College, a $200 million development at 63rd and Halsted. The apartment building’s location provides access to both Red and Green Line CTA stations and is only a few blocks from the I-90/94 expressway.
Kiser Group has closed a number of recent multifamily transactions, including a $5.05 million sale at 1004-14 W. Monroe and an $11.79 million sale at 4720 N. Kimball, both in Chicago.
