Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group recently completed a pair of lease agreements in Indiana.
Jason’s Deli will join Hamilton Crossing Centre, located at West Carmel Drive and US Highway 31 in Carmel, Ind,, leasing 4,900 square feet. Blake Beaver from Kite Realty Group represented the landlord, KRG Hamilton Crossing, LLC. The tenant was represented by Phil Drake and Robert Matias with Equity Inc.
Two new tenants are joining the Traders Point shopping center in Indianapolis. Verizon Wireless has leased 2,271 square feet and R. Lynda Designs, a locally-owned fashion retailer, leased 2,241 square feet for its first location.
