KM Building Company recently moved its headquarters to International Market Square just west of downtown Minneapolis, opening space for another company to sign a long-term lease in the company’s former headquarters building.
The move makes it possible for Thomas Reprographics to sign a long-term lease to move into KM’s former building at 801 2nd Avenue North in Minneapolis. KM is upgrading that 20,000-square-foot building with sprinklers, air-conditioning throughout and a new floor plan in response to the needs of Thomas Reprographics.
Thomas Reprographics is a full-service reprographics firm that has been in business since 1956 with multiple locations throughout Texas, Arizona, Minnesota and Florida.
Kent Long, the local representative of Thomas Reprographics, anticipates a move to the company’s new space in March of 2011.
