Colliers International has been hired by Koch Development Co. for property and construction management services of a multi-state portfolio consisting of more than 1 million square feet of office, industrial and retail property in Missouri, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama.
Included in this assignment is a 127,000-square-foot Class-A office building at 222 S. Central in Clayton, Missouri.
